Hey you,

For the past 4 days, the world stopped. Being a witness of all the suffering activated the survival mood for all of us.

Being trapped in the anxiety loop isn’t helpful for you, your health, and the people around you.

Now, more than ever, focus on what is under your control.

  • Meditate

  • Do yoga

  • Breath

  • Hug someone

  • Hug yourself

  • Go for a walk

This too shall pass!
